THE LIZZY's STORY
Lizzy's chocolates is a family business run by Ingrid and Tim Nichols, an original concept of Ingrid's father, Keith Van Tilburg. The Doors opened May 1983, in a vibrant little shopping strip in the Melbourne suburb of Carnegie, Australia.
The name Lizzy's was derived from Keith's wife and Ingrid's mother Elizabeth, who is no longer with us, but her legacy still lives on. Before handmade chocolates Keith was an accomplished patissier and has handed down his knowledge to his daughter Ingrid.
To gauge our product quality we continually enter our assortments in the Australian Royal shows and consistently receive silver and gold medals, also wining the champion chocolate maker title.
