The “Van Tilburg” range, also being the family name behind Lizzy’s Chocolate Creations, was developed to celebrate our 25th Anniversary in 2008, with the launch of 11 truffles specifically designed by infusing herbs, spices and unique flavours in a silky smooth ganache.
An exquisite book box was specially designed to showcase the truffles and is highlighted with an original photo of founder Keith Van Tilburg at Patisserie College in his home land Breda Holland. He stands out in the photo as the patissierre without the hat and shows at what a young age his skills were acquired.
